Originally from Central Jersey and a longtime resident of Philadelphia, Margaret brings over 20 years of experience in the medical field, primarily in cardiac care, to her real estate career. Margaret’s first connection with Team Sharif Sells began as a client, where she experienced firsthand the ease and enjoyment of selling a home with the team. Inspired by this positive experience, she felt compelled to join the team herself, eager to help clients experience the same support and professionalism she once did. Currently a licensed Realtor in New Jersey, Margaret is also working towards renewing her Realtor® license in Pennsylvania, allowing her to provide exceptional service to clients across both states.



With credentials from the American School for Arts and Science in Philadelphia for telemetry and medical assistance, as well as real estate training in Philadelphia and New Jersey, Margaret is also a proud member of the Mid-Jersey Realtor Association.
